The worst wedding photography company!
When my husband & I got married we tried to keep everything on a budget. I made all the decorations to save money & we had the wedding @ our house to save also, but the 1 regret I have about saving money was our photographer. When we met Hal, he was a very nice older man w/ great pictures in his portfolio. We met @ Starbucks & we immediately decided to use him for our wedding. We had a contract saying that Hal would be @ our wedding also I had a voicemail from his wife/ business partner saying that 'Hal would undoubtedly be @ our wedding!". Well the day of (on my way to get my hair done) I got a call saying that a man named Dave was coming to our wedding & wanted to know WHEN it started & WHERE to go! I was shocked & I said NO that Hal should be there. Well apparently Hal was in the hospital- For the past month!- so there was nothing I could do! When Dave finally arrived, he was late, then he just sat around until I asked him to start taking pictures! Then he bumped our tri-pod for the wedding video & it recorded the groomsmen instead of my husband & I during the whole wedding . Then he was late getting to the reception, he apparently got lost, so I was then late to my own reception. This is where 1/2 way through the reception he ran out of memory for the camera. He wanted to go home "real quick" to get more & I said he needed to stay because I had a vintage car coming to pick us up & he needed to get pictures of that! So he was lame but I thought it would be ok if the pics were good. Well THEN we waited like a month just to get the discs of our wedding pics. I had left PMP a message & when the woman called me back she sounded worried. They had mailed them somewhere & didn't know we didn't receive them. SOMEONE ELSE HAS MY WEDDING PICTURES! They then rushed us a copy of them w/ our names scribbled on the discs & other names scribbled off. When I saw the pics I wanted to cry! The lighting was really bad, There was stuff in the backgrounds of most of the pics. & the pictures were duplicated on some of the discs to seem like there were more pics taken. 1 of the best pics wasn't in there, we took a picture in front of a golf course waterfall. However there WAS a picture of us cut out of another picture & taped- yes taped onto a tropical waterfall that looked like it was from a calendar & then scanned back into the rest of our pics. I was insulted & every time I called back PM Photography they couldn't get together w/ us because of meeting w/ someone or going to the bridal show or whatever. I fought w/ them for over 6 months & I lost since I never got my $ back, I didn't even get as much as an apology! NEVER use this company if you want to remember your wedding!
